Supanote uses your session input (like voice or audio during a live capture, or uploaded recordings) to generate accurate, high-quality therapy notes. This data is only used to create your notes and is automatically deleted after processing. Supanote does not store or record session audio.
To Improve Your Experience
We use limited, anonymized metadata (e.g., how often a feature is used or the length of notes) to improve the platform and your workflow. This helps us deliver better results and tailor Supanote to the way therapists work.
What Supanote Will Never Do
We will never:
Sell your data to third parties
Use your session content for marketing
Train AI models using your identifiable client data
Your Rights as a User
As a Supanote user, you have full control over your data. You can:
View, edit, or delete any note
Access or update stored PHI
Request data deletion at any time
Subcontractor Compliance
If Supanote works with any third-party vendors, they are contractually bound to follow the same strict privacy and security standards.
