To use the Zoom app and record the session through Supanote with headphones in PC/ Mac, make sure the Zoom call is conducted through the Chrome tab (Not the zoom app) and share the Chrome tab as you start the session with Supanote, by following these steps.

1. Launch Your Zoom Call

Open your Zoom meeting as usual.

2. Open Supanote and Start a Live Session

  • Log into Supanote

  • Click on 'Start live session' on your dashboard

  • Choose Telehealth

  • Give the required permissions

3. Share the Correct Chrome Tab

Your browser will prompt a screen-sharing popup.

  • Select the Chrome Tab where your Zoom session is running

  • Double-check your system's default microphone under your audio settings.

  • Avoid Bluetooth earbuds with aggressive noise-cancellation—they may muffle audio pickup.
