1. Open the note
Go to Notes Pending Review (or search for the client)
Click View Note
2. Change the template
In the left panel, go to Note Preferences, select Template
Use the Template dropdown to select a new format (SOAP, DAP, BIRP, EMDR, etc.)
3. Regenerate in the new structure
Supanote reflows the existing content into the new structure
Review the new layout (headings/sections may shift slightly)

Download PDF first or Copy the text to a doc before switching.
4. Finalize
Make small tweaks as needed (tone, length, terms)
Click Mark as Reviewed when done
