Updated over 3 months ago

Supanote allows you to create and use customized templates to match your unique documentation style.

1. Accessing the Custom Template Builder

  • To open the Template Builder, click on Templates in the Supanote header.

  • You’ll see a list of all your custom templates here (if there are any).

  • Click on the Create Your First Template button

  • There are two ways to create a Custom Template

    • Copy & Paste an existing note

    • Build a template from scratch

2. Use Existing Note (Recommended)

  • Paste an existing note and Supanote will analyze its structure to create a draft template

  • Once the draft template is created, refine the instructions in each section using plain English

  • Edit the section headings as needed by clicking on the edit icon next to the section heading

3. Start from Scratch
