Updated over 5 months ago

Thinking about switching to a smaller plan?

Here’s what to expect.

When the change takes effect

  1. Downgrades start at the end of your current billing cycle

  2. Your existing plan stays active until the cycle resets

What changes after downgrade

  • Note limit : Updates to the limit of your new plan; if you exceed it in the new cycle, you’ll need to upgrade to generate more notes

  • Features : Some premium features may no longer be available, depending on the plan tier

  • Saved notes : All existing notes remain accessible; no data is deleted

Good to know

  • Downgrade from Manage Subscription in your account settings

  • You keep full access to your current plan’s features until the downgrade takes effect
