Yes. When you upgrade your Supanote plan mid-cycle, you’re only charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new one.
How Proration Works
Let’s say you’re halfway through your current billing cycle and you upgrade from the Starter plan ($19.99/month) to the Pro plan ($39.99/month).
You’ll be billed only for the remaining days of the cycle at the new rate - not the full monthly amount.
This ensures you get immediate access to:
A higher monthly note quota (e.g., from 40 to 120 notes/month)
Any premium features in your new plan (like priority support or group sessions)
What Happens to My Notes and Data?
Your previously generated notes remain safe and accessible.
Your note limit expands based on the new plan immediately.
There’s no disruption in your documentation workflow.
You can upgrade anytime by:
Clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Selecting Manage Subscription.
Choosing your preferred new plan.
