Change, Cancel, or Upgrade Your Subscription

Quick guide on how to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your Supanote subscription and switch plans

Updated over 4 months ago

You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your Supanote subscription anytime from your dashboard.

Here’s how it works:

Q. How to Cancel Your Subscription?

  • Click your profile icon (top right)

  • Select Manage Subscription

  • In the Subscription tab, click Cancel Subscription under your current plan

  • Your plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle , you won’t be charged again after that, and you can resubscribe anytime

Q. What happens when I want to upgrade my plan?

If you upgrade your plan:

  • Changes take effect immediately

  • New note limit is available right away (e.g., 120 or unlimited notes/month)

  • You’re charged a prorated amount for the rest of your billing cycle

  • All saved notes and usage history remain intact

Q. What happens if I downgrade my plan?

  • Your new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

  • You’ll retain access to all previously generated notes- none of your saved work is deleted.

  • Your note limit will update according to your new plan. For example:

    • Downgrading from Pro (120 notes/month) to Starter (40 notes/month) means your usage cap will reset to 40 on your next cycle.

  • If your current usage exceeds the limit of the downgraded plan, you won’t be able to generate new notes until your quota resets or you upgrade again.

Q. Will I Lose My Notes if I upgrade/downgrade?

No. All previously generated notes will remain saved and accessible, even after you downgrade/upgrade your plan.
