Step-by-Step Upload Process
1. Access Upload Feature
From your Supanote dashboard:
Locate Upload Audio at the top of your dashboard
Click to begin the upload process
2. File Upload and Configuration
Upload process:
Click Choose File and select your audio recording
Select your client from the dropdown menu (or create a new client profile)
Choose your preferred note template
Click Create Note to begin processing
Critical: Keep your browser tab open during upload and processing to ensure successful note generation. Closing the window prematurely may interrupt the process.

After upload completion:
Your generated note appears in Notes Pending Review
Click View Note to review the AI-generated draft
Make refinements using:
Manual editing for direct text modifications

Click Mark as Reviewed to finalize documentation
