A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is a legal contract required under HIPAA whenever a healthcare provider (you, the “covered entity”) uses a service provider (us, the “business associate”) that may process Protected Health Information (PHI).

How to download your BAA?
1. Log in to your Supanote account
Visit Supanote.AI and log in with your credentials.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
You’ll see your initial or profile picture in the upper right. Click on it to open a drop-down menu.
3.Select “Download BAA” from the dropdown
4. Fill in your details and agree to terms and conditions
5. Click “Download BAA”
Once you submit the form, your customized BAA PDF will be generated and downloaded instantly.
