There are two ways to go about it:
1. Using SupaAI
You can easily tell Supanote how you want the patient to be referred to throughout your notes. Here's how:
Open your note , from your dashboard, click View Note
Click Supa AI (top of note)
In the input box, type:
“Replace all mentions of ‘client’ with ‘Pt’. And always use ‘Pt’ going forward.”
You can do the same for “Ct”
Click Apply and Supa AI will update the note instantly
2. Using Note Preferences
You can also set this preference permanently in your personal settings:
Go to Settings (profile icon → Settings)
Click Note Preferences in the left-hand menu
Under Personalise my notes, set Refer to patient as? to Pt or Ct
Click Save , and this will apply automatically to all future notes
